OUKE breeder floor raising is a system special designed for both broiler and layer breeder. It consists of main feeding system, chain feeding system for female, pan feeding system for male, water drinking system, climate control system, auto nest system with slat floor, manual nest, automatic scraper cleaning system etc.

By giving females a natural fertilization environment, this system saves time and labor. At the same time, it increases the breeding effectiveness and manageability of the farm.

1. Female feeding system

1.1 The chain feeding system remains the most adopted solution in the feeding of breeding females, commercial layers and pullets.

1.2 The wide range of accessories that can be added at any time during the cycle and position, allow the system to grow and develop according to the needs of the farm.

1.3 The chain feeding system is a system easy to use and maintain and, at the same time, highly reliable with an excellent quality/price ratio.

2. Male feeding system

2.1 Fully automatic feed pan dispenser, especially designed for breeding cockerels.

2.2 Cockerels are particularly aggressive and vigorous; besides, the rationing of the feed helps to make them hungry and nervous. The ideal feeder must therefore be sturdy, stable and have ample space to access to the feed.

2.3 The spiral conveyor system, sized to feed the breeding stock, ensures a constant amount of fresh feed in each pan of the line.

3. Nipple drinking system

3.1 Automatic nipple drinker for water distribution. Adaptable to different types of poultry farms such as broilers, chicken layer cage, breeding stock.

3.2 It is possible to choose between low or high water flow drip drinkers, to meet the various needs of the farm.

3.3 The water only comes out when the animal operates the valve. In this way, fresh and clean water is always supplied.

4. Nests

The laying nest is designed for the production of premium-quality hatching eggs.
